SJVKOC.com is operated by St. Joseph Terror of Demons Council, Knights of Columbus, located at St. John Vianney Parish (“Council,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This website is used to promote parish-supported events, accept event registrations and pre-orders, collect donations, and administer fundraising activities including raffles in accordance with Wisconsin law.
This website does not operate as a commercial retail business.

2. Event Orders & Pickup
All event pre-orders (including but not limited to Fish Dinners, Italian Dinners, and fundraising events):

Are processed securely through Square.

Are prepared specifically for the selected event date.

Are available only during the designated pickup window.
By placing an order, you agree that:

Orders are for pickup only unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for arriving during your selected pickup time.

Orders not picked up during the designated window may not be refunded.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because meals are prepared in advance based on pre-sale counts:

Refunds are not guaranteed once food preparation has begun.

Refund requests must be submitted prior to the published order cutoff time.

Donations and raffle ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If an event is canceled due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate rescheduling or refund options where applicable.

4. Food Safety & Handling

Meals are prepared in accordance with parish and applicable local health guidelines.
By purchasing food, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for safe transport and proper reheating.

Reheating instructions are provided when applicable.

The Council is not liable for food handling after the meal leaves the premises.
If you have food allergies, please contact us prior to ordering.

5. Donations

Donations made through SJVKOC.com:

Support charitable, parish, and community initiatives.

Are voluntary.

Are non-refundable.
Tax deductibility, if applicable, is determined by IRS guidelines. Please consult your tax advisor.

6. Wisconsin Raffle Compliance
​
Any raffle conducted by the Council is operated in accordance with Wisconsin charitable gaming laws.

The Council is a qualified nonprofit organization.

All raffles are conducted under the applicable raffle license issued by the State of Wisconsin, when required.

Ticket sales are limited to individuals who meet Wisconsin eligibility requirements.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

Raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Winners are determined by random drawing on the date and at the location published for the specific raffle.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

Prizes are awarded as described and are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.
Complete raffle rules, prize details, drawing dates, and eligibility requirements will be published for each individual raffle event.
